Problem
The problem is there are several Blockchain Frameworks (BFW) that can be divided into two groups. The first one is where BFW allows to create completely new blockchains private or public which creates serious problem because of the centralized structure and it will be controlled by some organizations. In a public blockchain there is a possibility that anyone can join the process of confirmation of blocks and they will also have the possibility to hack your new blockchain.
The second one is using Ethereum BFW which also creates problem of data processing and increasing the nodes requirements.
