I have been an electronic money investor for many years, through the huge increase and recent value collapse. I wonder how to find a way to avoid market volatility by investing in real estate income. Sorry, I do not see the option available at that time.
This is when I was invited to talk about electronic money and its impact on the global economy at the SLUSH Conference in Singapore. After the presentation, I started interacting with participants living in Singapore and surrounding Asian countries. Many of my attendees have spoken to their similar concerns with the volatility of the cryptographic market and are looking for a safe place to invest their encryption. Coming from the electronic money platform, real estate and the capital mobilization community, I immediately saw the great potential to combine these three aspects.

The ICO is a natural supplementary funding source to further accelerate the development and global adoption of the RealtyReturns PLATFORM
A total of 1.2 billion tokens are being made available for their ICO stage, and these tokens are connected over the smart contracts. At the stage of crowd sale, only 150 million tokens will be made available and will be sold only through the smart contract system. The distribution of token system is well structured by RealtyReturns so that everyone can be benefited as per their investments. A net of 20% tokens will be saved in the company’s treasury while 10% of them will be available for the influencers, advisors, members of the team, brand ambassadors and in the form of incentives. The other 10% that is left will be distributed to founders and will be saved for the investment period.
The proceeds that will be earned from the ICO stage will be used in the following manner. An amount of 30% for the blockchain development, 25% for marketing and community, 15% for network development, 10% for investors in first 5 properties, 10% on operational and service cost, 5% on a legal and regulatory system of the country and the last 5% on the cybersecurity.

These RealtyReturns tokens will be majorly classified into two parts for their uses.
Access tokens- these are the initial stage tokens, and the main use of these tokens will be for the early members of the platform. These tokens will be connected to the same account through which the return tokens are being connected. These access token can be sold as well as transferred to the other users of the platform and can only be purchased at the time of ICO.
Return tokens- these tokens are more of the physical significance and will be connected to the real estate property. This means each returned token will be representing a real estate and can even be sold and exchanged in return for liquidity.
