We would like to inform you that the Moozicore service is currently in its beta testing stage, as set out in our production plan. Regretfully, due to circumstances beyond our control that have prolonged the licensing process, we are forced to postpone the Initial Coin Offering (ICO) that is mainly caused by extended process of finalizing licensing agreements with major record labels, i.e. Warner Music Group, Universal Music Group and Sony Music Entertainment. The exact date of the ICO will be announced in September 2018 at the latest.
We would also like to assure all of our investors that the Moozicore service will be launched on the U.S. market as originally scheduled; in the second half of 2018. We are doing our utmost to ensure that our service meets all development standards while maintaining the highest possible quality, even during the testing period!
Moozicore will issue a new MZI GOLD token under the new ICO date
We would like to inform all of our early contributors about the upcoming conversion of MZI tokens to MZI GOLD tokens. The new token will undergo a KYC (Know Your Customer) process, which ensures it will be listed among the world’s top cryptocurrency exchanges.
In light of the above, we are pleased to inform you that MZI GOLD tokens will be listed on the HitBTC exchange as soon as the ICO is finalized. The exact listing date will be announced during the ICO on HitBTC’s official Twitter profile: https://twitter.com/hitbtc
MZI token to MZI GOLD token conversion details:
The process of converting MZI tokens to MZI GOLD tokens will take place between the July 15th [8:00 am UTC] and August 31st, 2018 [22:00 pm UTC] via the following website:

• between July 15th [8:00 am UTC] and July 31st, 2018 [22:00 pm UTC] KYC process will be open for all current MZI owners
• August 20th, 2018 [22:00 pm UTC] will be the final day of verification of KYC applications
• August 31st, 2018 [22:00 pm UTC] will be the final day of conversion process
• between July 15th [8:00 am UTC] and July 31st, 2018 [22:00 pm UTC] KYC process will be open for all current MZI owners
• August 20th, 2018 [22:00 pm UTC] will be the final day of verification of KYC applications
• August 31st, 2018 [22:00 pm UTC] will be the final day of conversion process
As a reward for all current investors, MZI tokens will be exchanged for MZI GOLD tokens at the following rate: 1 MZI = 1.5 MZI GOLD. This means all early investors that successfully pass the KYC procedure will receive a 50% BONUS! Particular stages of the KYC process will be provided in company’s next announcement (by July 10th, 2018 at the latest).
In order to prevent the conversion process from impacting the ICO, MZI GOLD tokens received as a result of the conversion will be locked in investors’ wallets until the end of the ICO.
The conversion process will cover the total 250 000 000 MZI tokens issued during the January pre-ICO, of which:
• 166 000 000 MZI purchased by early investors will be subjected to a bonus of +50% MZI GOLD
• 37 000 000 MZI in the User Growth pool won’t be subjected to the abovementioned bonus
• 47 000 000 MZI in the Moozicore Team pool won’t be subjected to the abovementioned bonus
The unused pool of MZI GOLD tokens up for early investors’ conversions will be placed in the User Growth pool and utilized in the Moozicore service in the future.
As a result of converting and issuing tokens during the upcoming ICO, the total number of MZI GOLD tokens will amount to 1 000 000 000 and won’t change in light of the intended total pool of MZI tokens. At the same time we ensure that MZI GOLD price during the upcoming ICO will be higher than MZI token price during preICO.
